Post from pablo814This was more the casino's doing, as ppl were going to the club, but they weren't gambling as much as the casino wanted. Anytime a non-Vegas casino has a club or other attraction, it is to draw in people who normally wouldn't go to a casino, and try to get them to drop some coin on the games...
I dunno man. I heard on headliner nights Drum bar raked in more on Thursday than Friday and Saturday combined. Even if not everyone is gambling, charging $6 per well drink sure as hell pulls in cash. I think they just didn't like the tunes or some old really people complained.

The real solution is throwing smaller more music focused genre specific shows that would and could create a culture of music lovers as opposed to a bunch wanna be rave famous drug addicts.

I think the operative condition there is "After the Steelers game".

SHOWS >> 1.20 BASS THERAPY w/ Cutups, Keeb$ + @ Levels Southside | 1.27 MUSTARD PIMP @ Altar Bar | 2.2 LAZERCRUNK w/ Thunder St. Clair & Tracksploitation @ Brillobox | 2.4 ILLUSIONS w/ Mascara & Rivka @ Cattivo

Ok... Im under the age of 18, but i do see most of your points. I think under 18er's should be allowed in but, at partys with no booze and yes a dress code. It's is also a little diffrent because if they are into the rave scene either they got into the music first or, someone introduced it to then and it appealed to them in some way. Also.... its not just the underagers at parties wearing nothing but a few pieces of string. Alot of the "older" ravers kind of set the standerd or the norm at parties. Now its also our faults for not realizing oh wait im going to attract alot of unwanted attention if i wear this.

The scene is something i think everyone should be able to enjoy (saying they like edm). I went to my first party early this summer and enjoyed the hell out of it. To be honest the scene has betterd me as a person letting me know there are places and people who are truly good and are only there to have a goodtime and let all their troubles and fears go. Its a form of therapy for me.

Am i saying their arnt underagers who abuse the scene. No, But i am saying most of them are there for a wholesome reasons. A few kids under 18 acting like idiots shouldnt label most of us.

That is a FANTASTIC profile pic, and I think I need to steal it to make Xmas cards with.

Back on topic, There's one particular promoter I blame for letting the under 18 crowd not only get so big, but get so out of control, and the rest of us as a whole for letting him do it. Most of you can probably guess who I'm talking about but I really dont feel like investing much stock in defending an opinion tonight so I'll leave him un-named.
